Just OK

Disappointed. Hotel says it’s on main boulevard but is entered from a back street. Parking is $29/night extra and lot wasn’t secure most of time there. Breakfast ends at 9am. This isn’t a commercial hub and most are visiting to relax..not rush. Big Bear is a nice place to visit.

Ok overall. Some of the staff was very nice, others not so much. Booked us into the wrong room initially, but problem was corrected quickly and they removed a day of fees. Breakfast was blah, nothing exciting and sausage three days in a row. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Great for a place to sleep, but not too much else.

We had a wonderful stay at Home2Suites by Hilton in Big Bear. Most importantly for me , the room was very clean. The hotel also has great amenities like, a gym, indoor pooI, patio with gas firepits. The breakfast had someone for everyone. I also liked the small details like 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

Great place for family.

Fortunately for my family, even though the front desk and room staff had some call-in-sicks, the remaining staff were up to the task. My kiddos loved the gym, pool, and various lounge areas. They even gave us skewers for our marshmallows. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The woman at the front desk during our stay was very kind and attentive. I do not remember her name unfortunately, but huge thanks to her! Took my nephews and dog, family friendly and dog friendly. We loved the included hot chocolate and coffee station.
