For what you pay, the Location is Great. Stayed 3 nights, no issues with noise. Hot water was no issue. 5-min walk from Termini and the center of Florence is easy access. Breakfast was decent, I kept it simple with eggs, a croissant and a cup of orange juice. Only 3 complaints I do have are the smell from the bathroom but it’s the sewer system. Restrooms in the city have the same smell. The other 2 complaints are the smell of towels, and the WiFi. If the last 2 can improve, I will be coming back !!!

El hotel es lindo y limpio… un poco pequeño pero muy céntrico nos gustó mucho … volveremos 👏🌹

Beautiful hotel! We didn't realize the pool would be closed when we were there, but otherwise excellent stay.

This was a magical location. It was our honeymoon and the staff were overjoyed with our selection of their hotel for the occasion. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable!

The hotel was wonderful, spotless, quiet and in a really handy location. The spa was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
