Shivam one of the managers made the stay very nice; checked in on me a couple times. location was great as it’s not on a busy road but short walk to the gardens / temples.

Hotel is quite basic for the rates charged. It requires updating and more 3 pin plug sockets. The location is perfect for prayers etc as it's by the river. The restaurant serves extremely nice veg food at a reasonable price.

We had a good stay overall. The room was a comfortable size, the bed was very nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The property could benefit from some updates and extra care, but overall it offers a pleasant stay and good service.

Good location with access to all Benaras has to offer including temples and ghats. Hotel was very comfortable and excellent service maintaining the property and really good food.
