Decent motel 6

This hotel has been our go-to stop when traveling through Colorado since the time it was new. The hotel is still decent but it is definitely showing its age. We traveled during the summer travel season so the hallways showed a fair amount of dirt. Overall, a fresh layer of paint and a carpet refresh would help the property look a bit nicer. Looked like ownership had turned over but front desk personnel was nice as usual. I liked that many of the grab-and-go breakfast items were behind plexiglass so that little fingers could not contaminate them.

The facility was clean and well maintained in the staff were very pleasant

We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Unlike most hotels, we couldn't hear voices coming from outside our room. It was nice and quiet, beds were very comfortable. The only things we could complain about were the free breakfast (not enough food and coffee for the number of patrons and lack of food choices), and the coffee maker we requested from the front desk had not been cleaned. There were still grounds in the basket and the carafe was dirty. Still, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Worst LaQuinta we’ve ever stayed in! Property was rundown and not maintained up to LaQuinta’s standards. Luggage carts had broken handles and one had a flat tire. Trash was scattered around outside and the interior needed a good vacuuming. The room smelled like mildew and mold. We sprayed it with Lysol but it didn’t help much. We ended up leaving early because the place was terrible.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, there were a few items that needed some TLC: flooring, bathroom sink, and handle for the shower.

The dryer is always broken, they have ants, The female staff are wonderful but the Asian male is a jerk. I will never stay there again because he is so rude and obviously doesn’t want guests because he treats them so badly
