Hotel is very clean, design looks amazing and the room has a vintage look. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. And the rooftop is a plus.

I had a great experience in this beautiful stunningly hotel, from the entrance to the room to the rooftop the views!!!! The food!!! How combining is from attractions to see, and the most important you have a mall next to the hotel and I went just to go to the DM store to purchase all my vitamins!! I can’t wait to go back, thank you so much for your amazing service just next time I want to be in a higher floor I’m a New Yorker and I’m used to the heights!!.

I recently stayed at the nhow Frankfurt and had an excellent experience! The room was clean and well-maintained, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the charming lounge on the upper floor, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a bite and a drink while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and great music. The combination of modern comfort, attentive service, and a stylish ambiance made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing Hotel 10/10

Definitely 10/10 hotel was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The VIP lounge was fully stocked at all times and monitored constantly. The deal breaker was the room service robot. Amazing experience. The rooftop bar was coolest I ever seen. The view was stunning. The location was inside a mall with so much food options and high end shopping stores. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are sound proof so my stay was extremely peaceful. Loved this hotel 5 stars and definitely will be visiting again.

Great hotel! Had a mishap with receiving a scam email from the hotel and it was a scam but the hotel offered great customer service by upgrading our room and left us some chocolates. My only complaint is I wasn’t aware of all the closures due to the Easter holiday so some amenities were unavailable. All and all beautiful room and view, great breakfast, nice sky bar, great staff vey helpful and welcoming! Would stay again for sure!
