Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Already Booked Our Next Trip! We stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel for about seven nights, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. The shopping mall is right downstairs, so everything you need is conveniently close by. There is an amazing indoor theme park which is fantastic for kids and families, Starbucks, plenty of shops, and so many different food options. Finding food was never a problem at all. The hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is vegetarian, but there are plenty of halal and other food options available throughout the shopping centre. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. What made our visit even more special was that we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff surprised us with beautiful decorations on our bed and a wonderful anniversary cake. 🎂❤️ It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more memorable. We really enjoyed our seven nights here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The convenience of having the shopping centre, theme park, restaurants and other facilities right downstairs made everything so easy. We loved it so much that I have already booked our next trip to stay here again! I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Berjaya Times Square Hotel for making our stay and anniversary so special. Highly recommend
