The property was beautiful. The room was clean. But the front door does not have an ADA compliant door opener, This makes it difficult for handicap persons to enter the front door. It also makes it difficult for a person using the luggage cart, to enter or exit the lobby.

Clean room and nice staff

The front desk assistance was terrific. Michael answered all my questions and provided insight pertaining to the property.

Beautiful location, feels remote but easy access to all of city amusements.

We have mobility limitations that made the parking-to-room issue significant BUT the property maintains a person with a cart who will assist with those transfers at no extra charge (we tipped). Our room was gorgeous, well appointed, and with a lovely little patio overlooking the Tucson skyline. The dining options were exceptional. Every staff member that we interacted with was warm, helpful and courteous. For the first time in a long time (and much traveling) we felt the true meaning of being a GUEST.

Love the local beers on tap, the ev charger, the art all around.

Set your expectations low. The room had an awful odor-stale and must that almost felt unsafe to breath. Upon arrival a spider climbed out of the drain, which was quite jarring and honestly flat out gross. I was nervous to take off my shoes and had to convince myself to get in the bed to sleep. While very reasonable in price, it goes to show that you get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend and will likely never stay here again. The front desk staff was friendly, and it was close to UofA, which were its only redeeming qualities.
