I didn’t like the fact that although you paid extra for all inclusive the cocktails were horrible pre-mix things rather than proper cocktails mixed by the waiters. Also many areas are not included in the all inclusive - the roof bar and the beach bar. You could not regulate the air-con in either the gym or in your room. It was all centrally controlled and the temperature in the gym was far too hot.

This is my second stay at the Hotel. The standard of the hotel is exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept well maintained and cleaned. It’s peaceful and the views you wake up to by the sea are amazing. I would recommend this hotel and it’s not too far from the airport. I hope to make a third return one day as it’s the only hotel I would chose over and over. Highly recommend the resort. Thank you for allowing me too enjoy my trip once again.

Nice hitel, good location

A very nice hotel, good location and comfortable rooms with a lovely view if you're on the higher floors. Some of the outdoor areas look a bit tired but other than that fine. The problem for us as a couple was that it attracts large groups.

Everything was good, except for the food options. I have allergies to some foods and I think the chefs could have made more of an effort to accommodate my needs. I was eating the same meals over and over. The chefs should have used alternative ingredients to cater for me but they didnt.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was immaculate throughout. The room was very comfortable. I needed an iron and ironing board and it was delivered to the room within minutes All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Facilities were good. Lovely balcony with sea view. Just a short drive from the busier part but we really liked this hotel and would stay there again.

I am a senior and found the lack of a rubber shower mat problematic. I had to step into a bathtub with no grab bars and although I didn’t slip, I was concerned I might rubber bath mats are not expensive and I would recommend they be obtained. We did ask for one but were told to use towels.
