It is an ok hotel to stay a night if you need a close place to stay to catch the train in the morning because it is walking distance from the Vale train station.

Estadia coincidiu com programação cultural da cidade e o barulho estava insuportável. O pior foi ter dado falta de ítens do frigobar, comuniquei na portaria e alegação apresentada é que a funcionária responsável pela limpeza não atendia celular e nada resolveu. Péssima postura, não confiável, não indico a estadia por falta de segurança interna.

Meu pai e irmão adoeceram nesse hotel

Eu passei por quatro recepcionistas, mas um deles era antipático, seu nome era Nivaldo. O check-in com ele foi ruim e provavelmente estava de mau humor.A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, madeira velha e banheiro feio com pouca vazão de água no chuveiro. A roupa de cama é muito ruim e o colchão fraco. O café da manhã sequer tinha ovos. Jamais seria um hotel de três estrelas como aplicativo informa, seria no máximo duas estrelas. O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente pra se modernizar. As tomadas são velhas e fica difícil conectar o notebook por exemplo cuja tomada é de três pinos. Mesmo as tomadas de dois pinos não segurava o macho pois o buraco era folgado.

O atendimento na recepção excelente, quarto bom, banheiro limpo, cama faz muito barulho ao se mexer ou levantar e o barulho da avenida tambem incomanda. O maior problema que encontrei foi com o cafe da manha, comeca somente as 6:30, tentei tomar pelo menos um cafezinho e foi negado. A pessoa estava com a garrafa de cafe na mao, mas nao deixou eu tomar. Fiquei muito chateada, pois tinha horario marcado para nao perder o trem. Infelizmente o cafe deveria ser servido a partir das 06h, tinha mais hospedes esperando o cafe tambem, fica minha sugestao.
