The place was okay, but one of my issues was when I walked around in my socks. The floor was super dirty. I asked my friend who was in another room and he had the same issue. Both of us had dust and dirt on our socks. So they can definitely clean the floors. A little bit better rooms were a little small.But if it wasn't for the dust on our socks, I would have gave them a better review

Can’t say enough about how good their breakfast is! We had some issues with the air conditioning but overall the location and price make this is my go to hotel in Belo Horizonte! I’ve stayed here many times over the years.

I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future.
