Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Minha estada ocorreu de forma muito boa. O Metrópole é um hotel antigo, patrimônio de BH. O atendimento foi excelente, com funcionários bastante atenciosos, sempre muito gentis procurando oferecer o melhor. Houve cortesia de caldinhos em determinadas noites o q aumentou a sensação de acolhimento. Café da manhã conforme combinado, num salão bem amplo. Algumas instalações principalmente hidráulicas estão precisando de uma modernização, mas tb percebe-se q o hotel no geral vem se esforçando nos reparos.

Péssimo Hotel

Fiz a reserva para um quarto com vista para a cidade, mas nos colocaram em quarto no 1° andar sem vista para a cidade que mais parecia um porão banheiro com o teto e forro faltando as fotos do quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos reais . Piso do quarto ruim a tv estava em uma mesa prestes a cair, frigobar em cima de outra mesa . Café da manhã foi a única coisa que prestou. Toalhas velhas e desgastadas, o armário com cheiro de madeira velha travesseiros também muito ruins, colchão manchado as marcas pareciam sangue. A ideia era sair hoje , ficamos muito desanimados a continuar e saímos ontem no final da tarde, pois não fazem reembolso caso desista da diária. Péssimo hotel. Não se instalem nesse hotel

Falta administração!

Ótima localização, bom atendimento. Temos que pagar o estacionamento a parte, mas fica bem perto do hotel. No dia que cheguei avisei que o banheiro tava sem luz, somente com a luz do espelho, fomos embora e não resolveram. Depois pedi um lençol decente pq o que estava no colchão era pequeno e sem elástico, deixaram outro lençol, mas também sem elástico, quando fui trocar, simplesmente tinha uma sacola com lixo debaixo do colchão, parece q tava lá a dias, com mal cheiro já . O hotel é antigo, as janelas dão para um lugar estranho com janelas e ar condicionado fazendo barulho. Pelo valor vale a pena, mas deixa a desejar por pequenas coisas, uma lâmpada, um lençol e uma limpeza bem feita. Se tivesse uma administração melhor, seria ótimo.

PESSIMO

O atendimento em si é bom, porém, o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Não contém interfone para comunicação, as luzes são queimadas e é preciso persistir clicando no interruptor para que ela fique acesa, luzes baixas demais e incomodas para iluminação, limpeza nível baixo o chão estava coberto por ciscos e o box do banheiro com lodo e cantos com sujeiras acumuladas, a porta do banheiro é preciso aplicar força para fechá-la e é perigoso cair pois fica suspensa apenas por cima, em baixo não há nada que prenda e a controle da televisão não funciona.
