Quarto quente e os ventiladores não davam conta. O chão cheio de mancha e as paredes sujas. A localização é boa, mas só isso mesmo, não recomendo e nem iria novamente.

Ruido extremo nos quartos

Mais uma vez ficamos em um quarto que parecia que os carros, ônibus e caminhão estavam circulando dentro próprio quarto, de tamanha perturbação sonora. Descansar é impressindivel para quem está em viagem. Só dar uma atenção maior a está situação. Janela com isolamento acústico. Somente isto. Vão ser muito elogiados se fizer.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

O hotel é compatível com o preço, mas o quarto na beirada da rua, não consegui descansar nada. Muito barulhento, todo de vidro e parte da cortina não fechava, expondo uma parte da cama para a rua.

Só nao foi pior porque fomos bem recebidas no check-in e o elevador funciona. Café da manhã? Nem dá pra chamar de café da manhã! Horario das 7h às 9h. Fomos 8h e nao tinha nem como servir.. faltava o básico. Infraestrutura horrível

A localização é central. Fica próximo a estação de ônibus MOVE e relativamente próximo à rodoviária e a estação de metrô. Não existem bons restaurantes próximos. À noite, além de uma quantidade imensa de moradores de rua, a região é de baixo meretrício. Um alerta: é melhor não usar sites de reservas, pois os quartos são bem diferentes e o hóspede pode se dar muito mal ao não saber o que está reservando. Eu não sabia que o banheiro era compartilhado. Fiquei tão deprimido que não tomei banho, na verdade não saí do quarto. O quarto é minúsculo. Sem nenhum móvel para guardar bagagens ou pendurar as roupas. Apenas duas mesinha e uma cadeira de madeira bem desconfortável. Sequer tinha lixeira no quarto. Sem segurança. A chave tem que ser deixada na portaria quando você sai. O ventilador de teto mal dava conta do calor que fazia. Minha janela dava para a rua e não tive sossego à noite, pelo menos vazava pouca luz. A internet wifi e a TV são figurantes, pois não funcionaram. Não tinha frigobar nesse quarto. Poucas tomadas. Só a título de conhecimento a voltagem é 127 V. O colchão todo empolado e o único travesseiro eram horríveis. Roupa de cama toda furada e puída. No quarto apenas uma pia. Uma única toalha daquela que não enxuga. Sequer havia um espelho! Confesso que fiquei tão deprimido com o quarto que também não fui ao café. Nesse ponto sou bem seletivo onde faço refeições. Posso resumir da seguinte forma: não tinha quase nada no quarto e o que tinha não funcionava.
