I slept well but the building is old and some stuff in the room is in rough condition. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom for some reason. There was a fridge but no microwave.

Bons recepcionista,muito educados . Mas o local é um pouco assustador , vazamento de água em baixo do vaso ,porta do quarto quebrada ,baratas no quarto . Muito barulho da rua a noite toda ,não tem como ter uma noite tranquila.

O quarto é o banheiro estavam sujos. Toalhas e roupas de cama com cheiro estranho e ma embalados se estavam higienizados. Cobraram o valor da estadia antes de chegar ao estabelecimento, sendo que no app diz que o pagamento é feito na hora do checkin. É fora a falta de privacidade no banheiro, que tinha umas divisórias que davam acesso a outro banheiro e que dava pra ouvir tudo do outro quarto.

Foi horrível. O primeiro quarto que nos foi oferecido não possuia nem massaneta na porta. Tudo muito velho e em más condições. Reclamamos na portaria e o atendente nos mudou de quarto. Nesta outra unidade a lâmpada estava queimada, as toalhas de banho com cheiro forte de guardada, chuveiro que não esquentava (como é inverno e estava frio foi um problema) e pêlos (humanos)pelo banheiro. O som dos bares que se situam na frente do hotel é absurdamente alto e vai até bem alem das 2h da manhã. Elevadores absurdamente velhos e sem manutenção nenhuma. Tomadas nos corredores com fios expostos gerando risco de choques e incêndios. Não tem estacionamento nem perto do local para deixar malas, precisamos contratar estacionamento longe e ao custo de R$30,00 ao dia. Fiquei tão decepcionada com a acomodação que nem quis tomar o café da manhã em um lugar tão insalubre.
