First, the price were excellent and that is how we chose it. 2nd it was close to so many stores/shops… we had a chance to walk to sobeys, mcdonalds, 2 tim hortons, and many more and also half an hour drive to spinneys, thats fun. 3rd, it is close to the airport, lastly, the bed is comfortable, staff are there, and you could see other people as there are coffee tables outside every room to sit in. Very homey🙂 Thank you to the staff for the free coffee, and free bottles of water, that is a very good welcoming geature… and again thank you for having us.

Lovely place, really nice staff. There was a slight mildew smell of the room but it was a great stay! Would return!

Comfortable room and bed, easy check-in, plenty of parking.

I booked this place based on the reviews being so high but unfortunately I was disappointed. The hotel is really old and dated, the hallways are dark and the carpets really old and look dirty. The room itself was just OK, pillows seem fluffy but end up being super flat. The bathroom had some mildew on the grout which is off putting. We had 4 people in our group so booked 2 queens, but they only gave 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more they said 2 was standard, and promised to send more up but we didn’t get any in the evening so I had to call again the next morning when we were showering and some were then sent up. Really the only thing this place has going for it is the location which is central by the harbour and that it includes breakfast. My family did enjoy the breakfast. I wouldn’t stay here again as the amenities are so poor.

Beautiful place to stay! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Hot Breakfast was excellent! Staff very friendly! Atmosphere was very relaxing! Will definitely stay again!!!
