Great property near WWU! It had everything I needed and was clean and tidy. BTW - I'm picky about that. ;) One of the best places that I have stayed in the area for the money. I've stayed in more fancy places for more money and had an equally enjoyable experience. I hope this hotel is available next time I'm in town! I was somewhat skeptical about it being near the freeway, but it was very quiet.

This is a cute property with clean rooms and comfy beds. I didn't have time to try the pool, but it looked very inviting. The continental breakfast was fine - normal hotel breakfast options plus some really good strong coffee. My only complaint would be that the room had a smell - I was there on a hot day so perhaps that was part of the cause. I turned on the AC (which worked great) and that helped. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed here overnight after driving up from Seattle, and hiked in the Mount Baker area the next morning. The place is good value for the money, rooms are pretty barebones and it does look on the older side, but clean enough. Continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. Would recommend for a no frills place if you're looking for a stay in Bellingham. We didn't go in the pool but it actually looked quite nice, so that's a nice feature. Fitness room was also surprisingly well equipped.

The owner is service oriented. He always went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. The continental breakfast was of a higher quality than the typical highway motor inns; the fruit was ripe and ready to eat, the orange juice was not from concentrate and was full flavored not diluted. Overall the breakfast buffet was definitely better than expected. The Inn was quiet, clean, comfortable, safe and at a reasonable price. I would stay there again if I return to the area.

The most outstanding aspect of this stay was absolutely delightful owners/staff. They were amazing. Everything was tidy and nice, if not luxurious. But you don’t go there for luxury. Lovely, simple breakfast. They changed my room because I needed a first floor room and disability parking. It was absolutely not problem. So hospitable!! At night, in the morning, didn’t matter when. I need a fair bit of help, and they were more than happy to provide it, pointing out an available ramp, orienting me to the breakfast bar… just can’t say enough good things about them. Next time, I’ll make sure to ask for that same room, just so as to cause as little upset as possible.
