Perfect overnight on the way to BC. Really nice bed, safe area with close, quiet freeway access. The pool was a welcome plus on a HOT travel day.

I have been coming to Bellingham and staying at another hotel for 3 years. After a few unfortunate experiences at the other place, I was anxious to try somewhere else. The Coachman was exactly what I wanted. The staff is unbelievable kind and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Just fantastic! Thank you so much!

Staff was super friendly. Best bang for your buck in the area for sure! We had a great time in Bellingham, didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so this was a perfect stay for us. Both my husband and I agreed the bed was very comfortable.

Have stayed in motels/hotels, B&B, and resorts all over the United States and this place rates with the best there is. Outstanding staff, owner is on the premises checking on every detail. Meticulously maintained, from the grounds to the roof. Rooms are clean, comfortable and up to date.

It was clean and in decent repair. It was also a bit loud (perhaps just the other people staying there that night) and was cheaply updated and decorated. Since I didn’t need anything but a place to sleep and don’t need decor for that, it was fine. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very close to the university, which I liked.
