This was my second time staying at The Palms, and it remains my favorite hotel ever. If you're traveling to Belize City, I highly recommend staying here! The area is safe and quiet, with plenty of delicious food and fresh juice vendors nearby. BakeD is just around the corner—do yourself a favor and try the meat pies and cookies! The rooms are beautiful and spotless. Both the Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly. The in-room coffee maker came with great Nespresso pods, and we were welcomed with a freshly baked coconut bread on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. There was also a well-stocked mini fridge with a variety of drinks available for a fee. We opted to grab our own from a small convenience store just down the street, but it was great to have that option if you didn’t feel like going out. The entire property is extremely clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also chatted with several locals in the area—everyone was so warm and welcoming. The hotel’s transportation services were super convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, I can’t recommend The Palms enough. 10/10!

Such a beautiful, clean property nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a convenient location near the small airstrip and water taxi ports for easy travel. There’s a cute bakery around the corner that offers great food. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in making your stay comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again.

Everything was wonderful, I have zero complaints or concerns. The pool is awesome, the people are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are large and clean. Even the toiletries smell delicious. It’s just exceptional, I highly recommend. Oh and the beds are super comfy!

We loved staying here. It is next level clean, had comfy rooms, a beautiful pool, a little gym. Staff were all really nice. I think we liked staying here too much because now we compare every other hotel to it. We just got to our new hotel somewhere else and were disappointed because "its not the palms." Theres lots of restarants and digi park not too far, and a little super market with cheap snacks, drinks, beers, etc. Such a great spot.

This hotel is outstanding, safe and modern. It is entirely safe, situated in a compound. Staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, the pool clean and a centerpiece of the property. Will come back one day!

Modern and upscale stay

The room, pool area and property were in amazingly clean condition. The staff were very accommodating and easy to work with. They even arranged a shuttle to the airport. If you are new to Belize City, you may feel slightly unsafe when approaching the property as the neighbourhood in a little rough. However, in my time in Belize City I never encountered any unsafe situations and the property itself is very secure (i.e. gates with codes just to get onto the premises) and again, very well maintained.

Lovely new property in a residential area - staff were extremely friendly and with great communication before and during the trip. Helped arrange local transportation from the water taxi station and to the airport. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Several restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance. A great place to stay before a morning flight home. I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The areas Is very convenient and walking distance to restaurants. Also quiet , there a gym , beautiful pool in the back . My place was very clean . You have drinks on the fridge ( of charge) so you don't have to go out to buy . I recieved a coconut bread which was hands down the best as a thank you for staying with them . I would stay here again and higku recommend.
