First, there was no help or offer of help with luggage upon arrival. Not even a cart was provided. Second, they offered to switch our room because we had one extra person. We agreed and realized there was no microwave. We asked to go back to the other room and get a rollaway bed (which is supposed to be available upon request). The desk insisted that it wouldn't be big enough for an adult. We asked them to show it to us and it turns out to be 3 mattresses stacked, but still big enough to fit an adult. I'm not sure why it was made to seem like we couldn't use it. Third, we had called down for room service and we were told we had to leave our room to come downstairs to look at the menu before ordering. There was no menu in the rooms and room service is supposed to be avaliable so that we don't have to leave our rooms. When questioning the food menu and being helped by someone other than the front desk, we went back to the front desk and asked them about what we were told by the other employee. The front desk spoke to the lady and within ear shot said that we were the ones that keep complaining which made us even more uncomfortable. Fourth, we asked for our laundry to be done. Most places would collect laundry, but the hotel told us we had to bring it downstairs and we had to pick it up to bring it back upstairs when it was done. Fifth, when we ask for house keeping, we don't even get a full serving of towels to use when we paid for 3 people to be in the room.

Horrible stay, don’t bother

The Princess Hotel needs a lot of up keep! This hotel needs a full remodel and not just a few coats of paint. We went on a family trip, we had three rooms total. We had to switch all three rooms due to the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They hesitated with switching our rooms. The a/c is a must when it’s 90 degrees, mind you the fan was also broken along with the tv which could not change Chanel’s and the refrigerator that leaked. There was no posted notice or were we notified that the swimming pool would be closed for our entire trip. They serve uncovered free breakfast every morning for the hotel guest and flies to enjoy. You receive one towel and one washcloth per room when you two or three people to a room. The customer service definitely needs a lot of improvement. I will never stay here again! This was the worst hotel that I ever stayed at.

The Service was bad as had to remind the front desk that they forgot to change towels or keep shampoos or soaps when they were over. Stayed there for 5 nights and was not happy with the condition of the property and service. They need to renovate big time if need to compete with other hotels. Will not stay there again for sure. The staff was polite and courteous that was the only plus point so far.

The whole experience was a nightmare! I had to change rooms three times because the air conditioner wasn’t working. The first night, I was asked if i would not mind sleeping with the window opened. Mind you the mosquito’s would be bitting me all night. The second room we were moved too after waiting for almost two hours, a/c went out the next day. The third room the television picture was unclear and the ceiling fan which they so call came to fix twice, still was not working. My daughter had to switch rooms twice because her refrigerator was leaking water all night long, and the room stayed wet. The second room the television the sound wasn’t able to turn down so it was on full blast and you could not change channels. My sister had to change rooms twice as well because the air conditioner wasn’t working. On her second morning there, a painter walked into her room, he stated the staff didn’t tell him that someone’s checked into the room, Never an apology for the inconvenience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! It need to closed down. The staff was rude, no customer service. We were 4 to a room. They had 1 towel along with one rag. I rate this hotel a 0 out of 10.
