This is great for coming in from airport. Our issue was the noise wtihin the hotel. There was a gathering of a local company and once they were done at midnight it seems the party continued until after 2am. No staff to quiet them. They were really loud so the staff was well aware there was noise.

Clean and large hotel rooms, also the food at the coffee shop was great. However, the walls of the room were very thin and as we were close to the restaurant we could hear noise from people talking until around 1am - thankfully we didn't need an early nights sleep.

We only stayed for one night and it was when we were transitioning back to the US. Hotel was gorgeous, lovely bar and restaurant with buffet options for breakfast and lunch along with a full menu. Gym is amazingly equipped and large for a hotel. We didnt get to use the pool but it looked great. Staff was able to arrange pick up and drop off which is such a nice conveniance. There is a nice little gift shop and coffee shop in the hotel. Not a whole lot around the area but otherwise a nice hotel and stay for us.

My only downside is when I ordered “Huevos Rancheros” for breakfast and the order came without any sauce at all. When asked to the waitress why the plate did not have the essential element that “huevos rancheros” should have, the response was that the new chef in Biltmore prepares them like that. A lame excuse!!
