This place was excellent! We decided to spend an extra night in Boothbay on a whim and stumbled upon Topside. We loved it so much that we'll absolutely be back. Breakfast the next morning was such a treat. It felt luxurious without being pretentious—beautifully done, warm, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect way to end our stay, and we can't wait to return.

Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location

Great old fashioned Maine experience with incredible views, fire pits and Adirondack chairs were amazing. Nice friendly staff!

The only thing we liked was the property was close to town. We have never had a room so small, no clock, coffee but had to go to office, no refrigerator, and had a fragrant plug in so strong that we placed it in the bathroom between the screen and window outside.We are not large people luckily .The bathroom was very small,
