The people were very nice, and for the price it was great.

Incredible place if you're looking for a secluded relaxing stay. Great facilities, Villas are luxurious, bar/restaurant and spa are great, staff are excellent and very friendly. Located just a short walk to restaurants and bars and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Very premium experience in the honeymoon suite. Service was excellent. Food was great. Good access to clean beach. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Balinese massage was excellent. Absolutely enjoyed the time. Recommended!!

Staff were very freindly and at hand when needed. It was a nice quite location to begin our trip away from the chaos one has come to expect in Bali. The view from the room and dining room into the lush forest was very peacefully. Breakfast was good, however evening meals were very average. So much so, we decide to take the taxis in to ubud (about 30 minutes away) for dinner for the last 3 nights of our stay. Food and drinks are over priced for the quality, compared to the local area.it Bed was ok, however pillows 2 out of 10. Spa was excellent highly recommend. Rooms needed some TLC, doors hard to open to bathroom, tap in bathroom didn't work as it should. Towels were clean (however stained) they need to replace them. Overall l think its rated as 4 star (maybe 3.5 stars) They just need to improve food, replace linen, review each room from top to bottom) The hotel price/package was good, however if we stayed in this area again we would try somewhere else.

Great location. Friendly staff. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was included however was limited/simple, we didn’t bother eating here. Two treadmills (one didn’t work) and an exercise bike in the gym area which didn’t have air-conditioning - wouldn’t really call this gym. Overall a nice relaxing resort on a budget.

Our room was phenomenal — incredibly spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. The private pool was also a great size and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The villa is situated quite central to all walkable areas. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, helping with our bags and providing local recommendations that turned out to be absolutely perfect. Breakfast was also very enjoyable and personally served to our room each morning, which added a lovely touch. The bathroom setup was very unique and beautifully aligned with the Bali island aesthetic. It was a large semi-outdoor space, which looked stunning and created a very tropical atmosphere. However, it didn’t work as well for us personally from a practical perspective, especially at night. Because the space was outdoors, there were quite a few mosquitoes, ants, and occasionally bats, which made using the bathroom in the evenings a little uncomfortable. On our final morning, we also found a large lizard in the toilet bowl. Of course, we completely understand that Bali is a tropical island and encounters with wildlife are to be expected. That said, we personally would have found the stay more comfortable if the bathroom and toilet area had been more enclosed indoors.

Staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful in anything you need. Also it is rare to see the pics advertised to be exactly what you receive in a room. Unfortunately the food was not appealing and tasted straight from a freezer. Overall a beautiful relaxing stay that felt like you was in another world with the silence around you.
