It was ok. Only there for one night. Got there later afternoon and our room was facing west so it was stuffy and hot but the air conditioner work well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was roomy and clean. Door was was hard to open and close.

We didn’t end up not staying here, because they had overbooked and we ended up with the short straw. On the positive side, the desk clerk was very sympathetic and helpful in assisting us to make other arrangements, which ended up being very, very satisfactory.

The air conditioner didn't work, the light in the bathroom was burned out and the room had a few dust bunnies. On a positive note, the price was reasonable compared to other options, the location was excellent and it was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. The bed was really comfortable!

J. P. Helped me with check in… He was helpful and accommodating… Got settled in our room quickly… No muss no fuss. We spoke with Palma before we left in the morning… She was also very helpful and friendly… Easy to deal with.

My second stay here in 8 days. I probably would not have come back if it wasn’t pre-booked with no refund option. Similar issues and a new one. Property hallways and rooms were overly perfumed in what I assume is an attempt to cover up smell. It was very strong and hard to relax. No remote for TV. Carpet in rooms were torn in multiple places, bathroom floor was obviously not cleaned or even swept as there was a penny on the floor. Building was unsecured as the back door was zip tied so that it was always open, no card access needed to enter building.

Do not stay if you are looking for safety and rest

This stay was not one I ever want to do again. The walls are so thin we weren’t able to get any sleep. I attempted to ask the front desk to be moved and had not response. The sheets are paper thin. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The water in the sink ran. The window lock was broken. The furniture is dirty and old.

My room was dusty, especially on the night stand and telephone. I liked that you had an ironing board, plus a nice hair dryer. The quality of the sheets were bad. Synthetc, slippery, cheap sheets, kept pulling off the corners and i had to get out of bed and put the corner that pulled off, back on. Horrible sheets

Very nice room. Beds are very comfortable. WiFi worked well. I didn't expect a room at this price point to have a microwave oven, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Although I didn't use it, I appreciate having a wardrobe. It seems a lot of hotels are getting rid of them. Check-in was easy. I would stay here again.
