Not nice check-in experience. The hotel staff looked like he didn't know much about the hotel himself.

"Definitely a Caribbean Vacation"
Where to begin?!? The resort was what I was hoping for, NOT a huge high rise hotel.. Quaint hotel.. Clean, safe, great staff.. Food at the hotel restaurant was AMAZING!! Great location. Hidden beach. You will hear the planes take off and land but NOT non stop or all day and night.. Rooms were comfortable.. Clean and tidy.. If you are use to a 5 star resort like Sandals, this isn't for you.. If you want clean, safe, great location and Caribbean flare, you will be right home.. Had room 105 with 2 queen beds and it was very roomy for myself and my 73 year old mother

"Peaceful and convenient location"
Happy with our experience at the Royal Palm Beach Resort. Beautiful beachfront, calm waters. We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite; nice size, modern, cleanly and you could not beat the view. The hotel is smack dab in between Maho Beach and Phillipsburg, and literally 10 minutes from the airport. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We didnt even need a car while we were there. Staff treated us well. Only con is that the pool was on the small side, and the restaurant onsite had a very limited menu. Would not keep us away though; we'd recommend and stay here again. Thank you, Diamond Resorts, for making our memories of St Maarten favorable ones!

"A Mixed Bag"
Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. It was well located and many of the staff were friendly. We did however have a few issues. -The room had a coffee maker but the hotel had a problem making sure we had coffee to use. We ended up purchasing some from a convenience store that was close by, at a premium price. - Several of the staff needed to check their attitudes. A surly bartender where the 15% service charge is always included on your bill regardless of the quality of service is a definite problem. The French side of the island was very different in that respect. All in all we were happy with our holiday in Sint Maarten and would recommend others to visit.

"Hotel close to everything"
The hotel is close to everything you need and want. It's steps to the beach and they offer you beach chairs and umbrellas for your time on the beach and also the wifi works on the beach as well. The beach isn't full of people either which was nice to just relax where they weren't large groups of people. The parking if you rent a car can sometimes be a test of skill and boy I didn't realize how much I missed my backup camera in my car until I got there :). The hotel staff and owners are very friendly. There are grocery stores close by to buy things you might want to eat and drink during your stay there. It's a not a bad place and I would stay here again when I go back to St. Martin.

A lot of things I recently read were simply not true. TVs worked, biting bugs at a minimum ( a few mosquitoes), room condition excellent. We had a wonderful stay . The employees were fantastic and absolutely outstanding . My one criticism is that the food on site is quite expensive, there is one really nice restaurant and one nice but expensive wine cellar restaurant. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!!

Beacon Hill is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Beacon Hill, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Beacon Hill hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
