Was our first time staying at Caesars as Atlantic City regulars. We were excited for our one night stay and were throughly disappointed. We stayed in the Forum South Tower. Firstly, our room was a cave, meaning it was too dark, especially the bathroom. Thank goodness we packed a couple of rechargeable LED lights so we could see what we were doing. We checked in around 9pm, dropped our things off and immediately hit the casino. We assumed at a glance that all was well with the room, we were WRONG! We returned around 1AM and went to bed as soon as we got back. Around 5AM I was really sick (bad reaction to Chinese food) and we were horrified to then discover our toilet was broken and did not flush properly. It almost overflowed, it was as so upsetting. We called “engineering”—no answer. Still unwell and exhausted, we got dressed and rushed back to the casino for access to a working bathroom. We called again later in the morning to see if we could notify someone, anyone. Just got the run around from their AI customer service. Finally, got someone at the front desk 30 minutes before our late checkout (which was $30 bucks for one extra hour). Explained the whole saga, she was nice and apologized, but offered no compensation of any kind for the MAJOR inconvenience. We left a note in the bathroom to warn whoever has to tackle that toilet and money for housekeeping. Again, this was a big disappointment. I don’t think we will return.

A Hidden Gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a diamond in the rough! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully modern. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We’ll happily come back!

I love staying at Resorts. It’s where I stay most at on most of my trips to AC. It’s right in the heart of the boardwalk. It offers its own section of the beach which I have yet to visit. Margaritaville had live music when I was there and it was great. It’s near the rides and the shops on the boardwalk. I mostly stay at the Rendezvous tower because I love the room especially the bathroom and the view. You can see the beach, the rides, the Hard Rock Hotel and Ocean hotel from there. I love watching the sun rise and sunset because of the beach awesome beach view. Breakfast in the room is great. The sever is always very professional and courteous. I love the food court; they have everything. I’ve been to Capriccio restaurant and I absolutely loved it. Food was delicious and service was excellent. I love the casino. If you’re going to gamble mostly this is the hotel to stay at because it’s not too loud and not so deserted either. It’s really a cozy hotel. You can go down at midnight if you want access to any slots. I loved this last time I went the bar was having Karaoke night and it was really great! It’s a beautiful hotel to stay at. Two things they can improve maybe is the smell of the carpeting on the room floor and housekeeping makes some of noise when they are there like they are hinting we are here! Haha I wanted to sleep in one day because the bed is just so soft and I was tired. Lastly the gift shop employee was very nice and friendly. I love Resorts. I’ll be back.

It’s quirky and historical but not charming. There is no elevator so be aware that you will have to haul your luggage upstairs if you’re on the second or third floor. The walls and ceilings in my room were peeling paint. There was a very noticeable crack in the corner and back wall of the shower. There’s no chair, tv or hairdryer. The only plug I could find was over the right side of the bed.😳 The sound carries so you hear the nightly live music and every footstep and conversation around you. The front porch looks lovely but really needs a revamp including new rockers that actually rock. And they need more boosters for WiFi. I never got WiFi on the 3rd floor. The location is great, between the beach and Washington Square. If you like historic you can probably overlook these things. The food was good, the staff were lovely, the live music was a treat. But overall the place looks tired.

We had an interesting stay. Some great points, some not so much. The room had very nice layout/ furnishings and the pool was great!! Parking was convenient. Our first room had an unusually noisy AC unit and management was quick to move us to an upgraded room. Our next room showed more wear and tear. Cords hanging down from the TV, sofa was ripped on cushion, corner of shower outside was black in the corner eww. Granted we were there at end of season but there is no reason for the hotel to look over used. Oh, and there were crumbs in front of our new room (potato chips and cheese it’s maybe?) I pointed out to whoever moved us and it stayed that way for two days. Are they understaffed?? Finally and most importantly, security concerned me. Anyone could drive into the parking lot and enter the lobby. No security and doors to garage did not need a room card to enter YET the pool entrance does require a room key? Please correct this!! LBI Hotel looks like and charges like 4 ⭐️ but I was disappointed.
