The room was spacious and comfortable with useful amenities. Access was easy and we never had cause to contact any staff. Parking on the street was difficult to find, but the location was central and we could walk to most places.

We loved the sophisticated feel of staying in an older, elegant home. The breakfast was amazing and so nicely served in the dining room. Our room was very nice, and large. What we didn’t enjoy was the hilly walk from the parking to the house then a narrow staircase to our room. It was quite challenging.

This is an older spot but it was super clean and having a jacuzzi tub in the room was fantastic. The staff were also super kind and arranged for breakfast to be brought to us the night before since we were leaving too early for the kitchen the next day.

Wistful location and a beautiful room. Very large with a nice sitting area, decorated with a spa like touch. Very comfy bed, waffle towels and bathrobe. Local toiletries to make you feel connected to the area. Conveniently located across the street from one of the best restaurants in St John’s the Mallard Cottage. An authentic experience all around with a luxury touch!
