Stayed at this property once before in February 2022 and had a wonderful stay back then. I felt like the hotel has unfortunately declined in the 3 years since then. Lot of cracks in the main lobby walls, some visible mold on the lobby ceiling and a musty, humid smell throughout the rooms and hallways. There must be something wrong with the air conditioning/ventilation system in the building because it carries that same musty smell no matter where you are inside. I feel like staying here exacerbated some asthma and respiratory issues by inhaling the musty air throughout the building. Quite disappointing since my stay here just 3 years ago was wonderful and it had more upbeat atmosphere then. The complimentary breakfast was a positive and the service from the staff was good. Hopefully the infrastructure and ventilation issues get fixed, because I would probably not stay a third time here if those issues aren’t fixed.

This was a disappointing experience. The property was sorely in need of maintenance looking and feeling pretty tired. The staff did not speak English which was not acceptable for a property that pretends to be 4 or 5 stars. It has the potential potential to be 5 stars but fails in a lot of categories. Very disappointing after staying in a similar property very close by which exceeded expectations!

Great place but some rooms needs fixing

I love staying at this hotel but unfortunately my room has some issues that needs to be resolve. #1 the air conditioner needs to be replaced. It looks old and worn down. It didnt push out cold air it was just cool and the door to the bathroom needs to be fixed the lower part of the door has a piece of wood sticking out preventing it from closing

I had to always ask him about Dry Cleaning every day. They never brought it on time and always super late at night, but be asking them 34 times in the day. And the cleaning lady didn’t put all new towels when she cleaned so you can imagine she didn’t take too well

We had an excellent stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the stay extremely helpful and kind. The only negative was the shower in one of our rooms didn't work properly. We were only staying one night and had to leave early, so we didn't talk to the staff, or I'm sure they would have assisted.

The hotel seems to have a dampness/flooding situation. The first room we tried had a horrible Oder. The Oder you get after a room floods and isn’t cleaned properly. The dampness on the room was horrible as well. The bedspread, pillows everything was actually damp. We asked for a dehumidifier but after being in the room for 20 minutes, we started to feel ill. We packed up and went to the reception. They were accommodating and gave us another room. It was much better but their AC in this room was leaking. Anyway it didn’t smell and we had dry sheets. Hopefully they do something about the problem because it’s a really nice place with nice people.
