The room was clean and in excellent condition, with beverages available all day in the minibar. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.The Signature pool was fantastic, and the quality of the beverages there was excellent (Grey Goose and other premium options). The beach service for Signature guests was also very good. In general, the food throughout the resort was very good.Minor complaints:The food at the beach and pool bars was only average. However, you can always go to the beach buffet or the main resort buffet if you want something more substantial. It was difficult to get a table at the à la carte restaurants more than once. The concierge tried hard to help us, so I can’t complain about their effort, but it seemed the restaurants were not operating at full capacity — there were many empty tables every night across all shifts. Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend it.

Clean room, friendly stuff and great location

Experiência no Chalé bicho preguiça foi muito insatisfatória, pois apresentava muita umidade, vários pontos de mofo (cheiro muito forte), teias de aranha no ar condicionado e em vários pontos do quarto, bichinhos embaixo do colchão, demonstrando a falta de cuidado com uma limpeza mais criteriosa. As paredes com sujeira, algumas coisas velhas, tiraram a aparência de rústico para algo mal cuidado mesmo. A pousada em si tem esse aspecto. Café da manhã bem simples. A equipe pouco preparada. Exceção para Line que nos recepcionou bem e para Rafael do restaurante que foi o destaque no atendimento.

Staff are very nice Quite a few speak English Mainly a Brazilian group

This is a really nice hotel near the center of town (although not near any tourist sites). The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's near the Metro. The usually-included breakfast has a good variety of Brazilian and other western dishes, although during "rush hour" they are not replaced as often when emptied, and the fruit "juices" are not actual pressed fruit, but oversweet processed varieties. Also, one of the 3 elevators was out of order for some of my stay, which considerably slowed access.

Tamanho dos apartamentos são otimos mas telefone e secador de cabelo não funcionavam. Restaurante do hotel bem ruim e café da manhã também ruim.
