Location was great for walking into Bar Harbor. It is very difficult to find parking in Bar Harbor so being able to leave car at property was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Old and worn. Convenient, though, with free local bus stop across street. Because of scrapes in woodwork, etc, did not feel clean. Bar Harbor is expensive area and this is lower price for the area. Free breakfast nice although the oatmeal, the one hot food provided, was gone an hour and a half before breakfast ended both days we stayed.

If you want a comfortable room at a reasonable price close to the town and Acadia entrance this is a fine choice. You're only going to sleep there!!!

One of the worst places to stay

The rooms are old and dirty and bugs are prevalent. I would not stay here again. They lied about the room rate, yes, they gouged me when it came to the price, and there was no customer service. If you want your money taken from you and you wanna be mistreated then go for it not a great place to say the only good thing is it's walkable to Bar Harbor. If you don't mind walking over a mile, but it is not worth it. In my opinion it's very dirty and I felt mistreated.

The room was small, cramped and smelled very musty. There was barely enough space to walk around the bed and get to the washroom. The air conditioner dripped on my luggage and the carpet was molded under it. Very gross according to my 4-year old! I paid several weeks in advance, but the property put an additional hold on my card at check-in for the entire price of the 3-day stay. The extra hold was in place for 10 days after check-out. It made NO sense…I paid in full when I booked the room 6 weeks in advance.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. A clean comfortable room to lay our heads after a long day. Truth be told, rooms had a couple of amenities that the 5 Star we stayed at in Boston a couple nights prior for fraction of the cost

Competitively priced and close to all points of interest within Acadia state park. Friendly professional staff, good breakfast. Room was clean spacious and comfortable, included a good selection of toiletries, coffee machine, and fridge.

Good motel but parking is limited

The motel is great but parking is a major problem. Not enough spots. Had to park across the street in another lot that was a long walk in the rain

Very unkept, dated , several spiders in the room and unclean. Brick stairway to second floor is deteriorating and falling apart . I'm not sure how it got the positive reviews it did . I can manage outdated even spiders but not run down and dirty.
