Not too bad

Good stay, although we weren’t expecting so much construction work in the street to be getting done but we’re not distrusted by too much sound considering how close by it was. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though and not very organised and not many options. Nice rooms though. Was a bit disappointing there was no happy hour or specials for cocktails in the afternoon. Meals in the restaurant were a little small but they were tasty 😊

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We came in around 5pm but the room was not ready yet; they offered us free drink from the bar. I chose a suite room; size wise was good but we couldn’t have good river view due to the location of our room

룸상태가 무척 깔끔했다(수영장쪽이 아니라서 습하지않음) 가성비 좋은 조식, 종류도 다양한 편. 호텔내에 있는 마사지샵이 만족스러웠고(투숙객할인굿) 쇼핑몰 아이콘시암이 가깝다. 수영장이 넓어서 성인들도 수영하기 좋다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨다. 귀엽고 순한 고양이가 있다(매우 중요)

Didn’t have a good communication of day and night staffs. I checked in with out baggage because of Airline issues. The baggage was delivered at 4 am next day and sat under the stairs until late afternoon. I have to go asking for the baggage. The same thing with my laundry that I have to pay extra a lot because I wanted the next day. It didn’t deliver to my room and I have to look for it. Also the room has the sewer odor.

Me and my boyfriend traveling from the U.S.to Thailand. We have stayed here for 5 nights.I would like to recommend to anybody that want stay in Bangkok. I actually really like this hotel with the cleanliness and location it’s so convenient to get around but I will only give a hotel a 3 after I checked out this morning the staff claim that they coffee cup missing and charging us extra. We have no ideas how would be possible missing. We only order a room service pizza once. The cleaning lady might have been clean it up but anyway we don’t want to argue because we might be late for our flight and it’s not about the money it’s just that a coffee cup really? So we will still recommend this hotel but we just not happpy on our last day of stayed. We feel like we got blamed on something we didn’t do. Enjoy your stay in Thailand.
