Absolutely fantastic hotel. Stayed in the family suite, unbelievable views and great room set up for a family. Gym great, pools great, staff are so helpful. Amazing area for being n the river but walking distance to Chinatown or Songwat. Enjoyed quiet peaceful neighborhood walks in the morning. 100% would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and clean with a great river view. The breakfast is fantastic. The free shuttle to IconSiam is a nice perk, we used it several times. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely stay here again when we are in Bangkok. The staff are the friendliest you will find anywhere and they will help you with a big smile on their face with any problem you may have. Big thumbs up for the Royal Orchid!!!

Staff was poor. Concierge of very little help with things to do in the area, shopping (other than the obvious: Ikonsiam), and laundry. They said the hotel does laundry so they aren’t allowed to give outside recommendations. Very poor service for a hotel that is quite expensive. The buffet breakfast was plentiful but none of the food was very good. Especially the baked goods were hard and not tasty. And they were always out of bananas.
