I've stayed here many times. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is incredibly friendly. My only complaint is that the hotel has seen better days. I think the rooms could use some upgrades, such as towels and the blackout drapes.

Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. There is a mall in front with a lot of dining options. The breakfast is very good. They surprised us with a birthday room decoration when we came back for the day during my mother-in-law's birthday. If I come back to Bangkok will definitely stay here again.
