Good: big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Cons: Don't bother to go sit at the pool after sunset, It is mosquitoes infested. My friends in another room got bitten in the room, and my room same. Lots of trees, and sitting water around the pool is perfect for mosquitoes. Also one needs to have the room keys for even to the lobby. I got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes because I left the key inside the room to go down to lobby.

Hotel is very clean, and the staff, very friendly. Only two issues; very limited gym for a decent workout, and both the lobby and the gym were mosquitoes infested. Both my room and my friend's room were found with many mosquitoes. Hotel must do something about this.

Beautiful hotel with bright, spacious and clean rooms. Really quiet as the hotel is on a side street off the main road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The tuk tuk to the local MRT and shopping centre is a great option and they are very quick to respond to messages requesting pick up. Only thing I would advise to others is to use the metro/trains as much as possible as the traffic getting to and from the hotel is very bad, like most parts of Bangkok

From the time we walked in the door to the time we left a few days later, Lim & Tum treated us like we were their only guests. They gave great recommendations for massages & site seeing, & even helped get us reservations, tickets & transportation. Hotel is very clean. Fun little pool area & sauna. Decent gym. Their restaurant, Lazy Daisy, served incredible food. Drinks were just ok.

Room was beautiful, however smelt a little damp but was clean and very spacious. Well located and easy enough to get taxis to go places. They do offer a free tuk tuk service to different areas. Overall lovely stay and staff could not have been more helpful
