Good value proposition

Great little hotel. It is on the olderside but it is clean and functional. Ice cold AC ! 7/11 and other basic necessities are near by. About 5 min walk to Sukhumvit and about 12 min to skytrain. Soi 22 has an actual sidewalk which is not the case everywhere in Bangkok. Asok is about 15 min walk. At the end of the Soi there is the MSphere Mall, one of the hippest malls in BKK with good food court and restaurant options, it is expensive but really nice!

back in the day this place was the bomb! still okay but showing its age. small pool, but usable. sauna still working but no jacuzzi. I would stay here again.
