Friendly staff. Close location to everything. A little overpriced for what it is but I also came during the festivals.

The hotel itself was gorgeous. The room was pretty basic but was huge and very spacious. Staff were very nice. The hotel was about 40 mins walk from the bars but wasn’t too much of an issue as could get the red Tuk Tuks.

I like the location most. I also like the clean room and nice staff. However, the breakfast was not good with very limited food choices.

Think this is the nicest hotel we've stayed in on this trip to Thailand-about 30 day trip at a number of hotels. very charming boutique hotel. very nice staff. the beds are very comfortable, pillow top, which I like. we stayed here a few extra days.

The hotel was full and we were on the top floor, Typically, not be a bad thing. In this situation, it was terrible because the elevator was broken. It was very hot out and humid and the rest of the property/room was below average, so we left. There are better hotels for the money in just as good of locations in Chang Mai.

The front desk staff and restaurant servers were so very friendly and professional. This made our trip very special. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and easy to get to in old Chiang Mai.
