The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on. The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves. The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

It was a 5 star experience from start to finish, the food was excellent the staff extremely helpful would recommend to my friends to stay here. My next time in Dublin I will be staying here and only here.

First time staying at one hotel for 9 nights. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location! Room was decent, small if you were staying a long time. There was no air conditioning, but for us it wasn’t that big of a deal because the temperature wasn’t very warm. If you were staying here with hotter temperatures, this would be a problem.

Staff were helpful. Couple of minor things. I asked for towel rail to be switched off as the room was hot and it didn’t happen. Desk lamp didn’t works. Staff helpful gym was amazing! Restaurant was very good. I’d stay again.

Hotel was nice. Room was very clean. Staff was helpful. I would stay there again. The restaurant in the hotel was ok, not great. It was walkable to the city center .
