The guy at the front desk was very nice. The air conditioner didn't work and it was so hot in the room. It was cooler outside than in the room even with the fan part on.

It’s a historic hotel so that’s the niche. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. if anything needs refrigerated you have to ask staff they might put medicine or something like that in their fridge in the back somewhere. No way to keep cold bottles of water or anything like that. We couldn’t keep the ice packs for the car cooler frozen. My mom asked for a bottle of water at the bar and was told there was none. The bartender didn’t bother to give her even a glass of water while charging me $26 for a bloody mary. She’s almost 80 and can’t have alcohol. No luggage trolley. There’s no food of any kind except weekends. No snack machine pop nothing. The AC kicks on in the room it’s so loud it’s unbearable and the other one in the back area didn’t work at all. Parking is very tight. The feather pillows and comforter were absolute perfection but the mattress was so hard (firm) my back and hips ached the second night so bad no sleep to be had. I don’t see me staying there again if I do it’ll be for my mom i’ll take an air mattress and suffer with very little ice and nothing cold to drink. And nothing to eat unless we find a restaurant that’s a whole ‘nother review which also is not 5 stars either. Sorry but people need to know what’s about to happen to them. The End lol.

This was my 2nd visit to Brush Creek Falls and just when I thought it couldn't get better , it did!! Be sire to ride the mountain coaster my husband loved it.

The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The only issue was the TV wasn't working until about 9pm. Everything else was great.

Rooms were ok cleaned. Trash cans outside over flowing. Breakfast and attendant great!
