Central location was great, easy to get to attractions. Kitchen facilities were excellent and lots of variety of dine in and takeaway food outlets close by. Would definitely stay there again

Highly recommended as it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and Ballarat central and the apartments are very well appointed and sized. Buses and trains are literally outside the front door. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

The overall accommodation was good, however the noise from the nearby train station was clearly evident. It’s certainly something I noticed into the early hours of the morning, the last train I heard was at 2:00am! The room was accommodating but we heard the neighbours talking at 7:00am, almost as though they were in our actual room. We enjoyed the fact that we could leave the car in the secured carpark and walk to the restaurant for dinner, attend a show and walk back within a matter of minutes. I’m not sure I’d book the accommodation again as I’d like something quieter.

Family fun but you should employ receptionist...

I'm no motel expert but I would have thought having a person on reception would be a good idea in a motel. My wife had to wait over 15 minutes to check in as their was no one on reception. Now I could understand if it was outside normal hours but at around 2.30pm when people would be expected to check in maybe have some staff on reception. Also when we went to check out at 9.30am there was no one on reception. Just a small sticky note stuck to a display saying call and a mobile number. Really... Be better. Now apart from that it was a pretty good stay. Room was nice, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed it. Although the couch in our family room (2 seater couch for family room which can sleep 4... Not ideal) was harder then a cats head and not comfortable. My winging aside I would stay here again...
