Great hotel location, clean and neat hotel overall. The service though needs to have a delicate make over to reach the 5 stars. We were checked in in a wrong room, it took 1 hour for the personnel to deliver tooth brushes at 3 am (all sanitary items apparently are not in the room at the check in & front desk did not inform us), our room had no house keeping for 3 days although we reminded service desk multiple times, a la carte menu had food from the breakfats buffet, and breakfast hours were changed without the front desk employees knowing abouth the change. So all in all, hotel management has to set-up improvement strategies to ensure that the staff is aware of the guests needs, know the breakfast hours, prioritize the urgency to deliver the sanitary items when guests are arriving in an early hour, inform guests at the check in reg. rooms, house keeping etc.
