One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in our recent travels. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It is conveniently located to most of the attractions in the area.

Хороший отель в спальном районе Баку

В целом, отель понравился. Вначале плюсы. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое для жизни, в ванной качественный ремонт и сантехника, есть горячая вода. Кровать полуторная, удобная, не скрипит. Wi-Fi шустрый, стабильный. В моем номере был кондиционер, шкаф под одежду, тумбочки, сейф. В самом отеле и номере достаточно чисто. Уборка номера ежедневная и качественная. На одного гостя выдают гели, шампуни, одноразовые тапочки и 4 полотенца, которые меняют каждый день. Есть ЖК телевизор с кабельным ТВ и русскоязычными каналами. В отеле ОЧЕНЬ вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Ну а теперь минусы (они тоже есть, но на мой взгляд). Для тех, кто выбирает отель поближе к центру, месторасположение Арт Отеля может разочаровать. Отель расположен в спальном районе Баку. До ближайших станций метро идти минут 10-15. В целом, район оказался спокойным (за 5 дней моего пребывания), но достаточно грязным - на улочках много мусора, который никто не спешит убирать. Архитектура здешних построек, разбитый асфальт тротуаров и вид из окон отеля вас также могут разочаровать. Но зато у отдаленных от центра спальных районов есть свои плюсы: в пешей доступности от Арт Отеля много магазинов, супермаркетов, отделений банков для обмена валют, а ценники в здешних кафе и шаурмячных ниже, чем в центре города. Еще из минусов, это весьма скудные и однообразные завтраки. Хотя, возможно, я придираюсь. Резюме: в целом, отель на твердую четверку, заявленным 3.5 звездам соответствует, соотношение цена/качество оправдано.
