I haven’t stayed in the motel six for 30 years, so I decided that we would give it a shot again.There was no hot water. At best it was lukewarm and too cold to take a shower. .the pillows were very thin. in fact to get one normal size pillow you had to stack two together. No shampoo in the bathroom, just a little bar of soap. They had shampoo you can buy at the desk for five bucks. I usually stay at days Inn, which is five bucks. Staying at a Days Inn is $10 more but the experience is much better. So, I’ll never stay at a motel six again. The motel is right off the busy freeway. Loud.

The staff was excellent. The exterior was in very good condition. The parking area was convenient. The room itself was satisfactory, however the mattress was broken down on the edge. The refrigerator was not secured, tipping out every time the door was opened.

I know that this is right beside i5 so i brought ear plugs hehe. I had a good night sleep after a warm bath. Blasted the aircon 61F. Everything was clean. I just suggest that they wipe also under the bed.

Driving from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Made a stop here around 12:30am for a break got a room woke up at 6:30am put gas , bought coffee and left at 7am for the road again. It is what it is, a rest area. Not bad and not great . But it was safe, no crack heads, no danger . Everyone minds their business .

It was the better Motel 6 in Buttonwillow on this truck stop route. All the other hotels on this strip are being occupied by the unhoused. Several fast food restaurant fill my needs when I’m stop here halfway to go to Soutern California

The positive: Affordable, the staff was very friendly, and it was quite while we were there. The negative: Our room was dirty, the lights for the parking lot are super bright (good to keep the car safe) and the light shines thru the sides of the curtains making it look like daylight shining thru all night....no one slept well because of this. My kids kept waking and thinking it was morning.

The first room they gave us was trashed. Apparently they hadn’t cleaned it yet….ok. Second room they gave us was way in the back with a broken lock on the outside of the door with the room smelling strong of urine. Overall, felt a little on the sketchy side and would not want to bring my family back.

A nice one night stay, but...

The hotel was a nice overnight stay on a longer road trip. Friendly east check in. Clean room. Looked freshly redone. Nice fridge (not to small, not too cold. Microwave. Hot water on the tub. AC wasn't too loud. Nice pool. A variety of fast food choices within easy walking distance. Two negatives. Right off the freeway. I personally like this, but some might have trouble with the noise. It IS in the middle of nowhere, so less traffic sounds at night. The second negative was that neither the wifi nor the cable was working for my entire stay. Even so, would stay again.

Comfortable fixer upper

We have been regulars at national nine button willow for four years while we built our home near by most of the staff are great the owners are nice the bed is comfortable my only complaint they are very slow for repairs sometimes taking months and the paper thin blanket on the bed if they closed for one weekend and did repairs they'd get perfect reviews
