The house was perfect for our needs and located in a very convenient location to quickly get to campus and downtown shopping and dining. We will definitely stay again. The host was very prompt at responding to any questions I had.

Lied about bedding and room arrangements. Lied about condition of apartment. Bad communication. Misled fees.

We were only there for one night but would definitely stay again. Everything was clean, the communication was great, place has a very nice ambiance, loved the outdoor patio!

We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but if this issue is not resolved asap, we will take our business elsewhere.

The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped

It was appointed with a minimalist jungle themed greenery that made the room cozy and comfortable. There were several issues with the facilities, including a hot water heater not working or a coffee maker with the drip hole not working properly causing it to overflow in the basket instead of filling the pot. For any issues, the response was rapid. The bed felt great and I slept well, so I didn't mind the minor inconveniences.

I should have listened to the reviews. This wasn’t a luxury stay. It felt like a business model built around finding new ways to charge guests after booking. We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. Every step seemed to come with another fee that wasn’t what you’d expect when you first book. What made it even worse is the surveillance. The property is monitored, and it became very clear they were using cameras to keep track of guest activity. That left us feeling watched instead of welcomed. Before booking, do yourself a favor and search this company with Google or any AI tool. Read reviews on multiple websites—not just the ones they advertise. You’ll see a recurring pattern of complaints involving hidden fees, post-stay charges, deposits, guest-count disputes, and camera concerns. I wish I had done that first. I have screenshots, receipts, and documentation of my experience, including the additional charges. This review isn’t written out of emotion—it’s written so someone else doesn’t get blindsided the way we did. Columbus has plenty of places to stay. In my experience, this isn’t one I’d ever recommend.

The property was clean and safe. The beds are very low to the ground and pretty soft so it is kind of comical to get in and out of the bed. The room is generally pretty dark. There are also a lack of outlets in the room.. so plugging in a laptop or phone isn't exactly easy. The coffee in the room is instant coffee which ok, but to plug in the kettle is a total hassle.
