Classic Lodges The Old Swan Hotel
The Old Swan Hotel was a beautiful hotel with a lot of Old English charm that you don’t get nowadays,The breakfast was great so much food to choose from.The staff were always pleasant and polite.The room was perfect and the bed was so nice, i would definitely recommend and stay here again

DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa
Staff were excellent. We were offered a free room upgrade, but it was really small. The room smelt as if drains were blocked, and the shower didn't drain quickly. It was extremely hot throughout the night. The gym facility was in excellent condition. Sadly we never experienced the spa.

The services were on the same site ( next door even) the room was cool unfortunately my wife has had a stroke and requires a warmer room The only reason the hotel did not get full marks was people or children running up and down the corridors most of the evenings - every night
