Very clean hotel with excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. Cruz and other staff went above and beyond to help us navigate public transportation and find the best tourist areas to visit. The breakfast was great, and the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Clean and renovated, rooms comfortable. Right beside a church,the bells ring every half hours. Location on the water beautiful

Very rude staff. No bell services for us but for other guests are available. Rooms were very dirty. Stained carpet very bad Odor. Pls don’t book even if it’s free.

Very disappointed in this hotel , finding out they had no ac room was so warm , room no walls between bathroom and bedroom . Felt like a college dorm . Room was not cleaned well . Tried to check out after the first night manager had an answer for every issue . Only good thing was the breakfast and kitchen staff. Specially asked weeks before check in for a quiet room on a higher floor before checking in was given a room on a lower floor facing a busy street . Also no front desk after 1030 which i have never experienced. My friend got locked out of her room and we had to call a number for a security company . I would not stay here again

We loved the convenient location as well as the courtyard views! The breakfast buffet (for a fee) was delicious.

If YOU like to book a special room with lots kitchen noise (room just above kitchen via stairs) NO SAFE box – NO Kettle for coffee/the or NO frills and outdated – are we back in to 1970?? YOU are at the right place (ask for room 13) oh yes, NO reception apart from inside the kitchen We had asked for a quiet room and even we arrived just before 3pm we were told only this room no 13 was ava!!!! Room run down with NO frills at all. NO AC – seem more like a hostel for young pax than a real 3 star hotel. Just for info - NO elevator and if YOU write to them in English, they are happy to response to you in German Glad we did NOT have to stay longer than 1(one) night here with a sky-high price – 269 cad for a 1 star hotel is absolute NOT acceptable. (1(one) star given for the breakfast to go. VERY disappointed with this stay.
