The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great hotel, great shuttle to town

It is, by far, the most romantic, the cleanest, and the best staffed hotel in Napoli!! The view is a postcard! Though it is the oldest hotel in Napoli, it is very modern with wonderful amenities! I cannot compliment the staff enough! Upon arrival, they immediately made you feel like you were their #1. They even, unsolicited, upgraded me to an apartment-style room that was amazing!

Location of the hotel was spot on close to the port close to amazing restaurants and good shopping. The pool was very relaxing and refreshing only down fall was the second night there we came back into our hotel room and all our clothes and the bathroom was full of ants we had to go to the front desk and they recommended ant killer spray so we had to evacuate the room for awhile well it ventilated and we came back hours later to ants still in there soo I had to respray it my self it did leave a strong smell in there like chemicals after but after the 2nd spray it was a lot more manageable either than the ant hiccup it was a good stay they didn't offer to switch us rooms or any kind of compensation
