Very Good

The room was great and the view was perfect. We had a view of the harbor. While I understand the hotel is old, everything in the room appeared to be fairly new except the carpet. Very old and dirty.
I don’t remember her name unfortunately but there was a woman working in the lobby that helped me and my friend and she was amazing! Overall great experience at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not up to par
Needs renovation! The bathroom was new but the rest of the room is not up to the bathroom. Nor is the reception area. Old, chipped furniture and the carpet throughout the hotel is pretty gross. For the price I paid, I expected much more. Also, be aware that there is no elevator and we were on the fourth floor!
Awful property. No amenities, except an ice machine. No vending, no water.
Carpets were disgusting. Bed looked like someone had sat or lain on it. Tiny room, tiny bathroom. Not worth the price tag.
I loved the renovations! They fit the hotel style and island location. The lobby staff was so friendly and helpful.

Liked: Staff & service
overpriced but convenient location
We originally booked a bunk bed room #228 which was laughably small considering the almost $1200 price tag for 2 nights. Upon showering, I was hit with a disgusting sulfur egg smell. I really hope they fix the sewage drain because that was unacceptable. Thankfully the hotel moved us to a bunk bed deluxe room on the 3rd floor which was definitely better, but still not worth the price tag.
This was a nice little place to stay. The beds were a bit too small for us - we stayed in the family room. The shower was awful, water kept coming out into the bathroom when you shower because it was so incredibly tiny. Those two things are our only complaint. It’s clean and that’s most important to me. Everyone there was very friendly and it’s located in a great area !
Description said double bed. Didn't know. Photos were deceiving. For three people I had a small bed and had to upgrade to bunk bed with two adults & one child. Not even worth the $600 price tag. I would go to Atwater at that price. Room was dirty. Shower splashes everywhere. At night you can smell the urine & mildew from the bathroom when sleeping from bed. Sheets were not clean. Was itchy.

Close to center of town and ferry. The carpets are filthy and need to be replace now.
