We liked everything about this place, particular at this price point. The only “issue” we had was me locking the keys inside the house, and the property management team was super-responsive, getting me back into the house within 20 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had an amazing time in Avalon. I wish the bathrooms were bigger but the cottage was adorable. It was also great having access to a BBQ.

Contact person didn’t answer any phone calls or emails until after check in. Other than that a good spot for quiet nights and easy access

The property was charming and we had everything we needed, however, it is in need of updates and repairs. Even so I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it realizing these needs.
