Property was in descent condition. Few small cosmetic issues (carpet cut, bathroom door issue, etc). Room was small in circular tower. Room was little warm during day time (kept curtains closed all stay). Staff was friendly. Did have small issue as i booked 1 night through expedia and the other 2 nights through hotel. Wasnt told i needed to check out and check back in between reservations but i did make comments on the 1 day reservations about linking them together to keep same room #. Food was good and priced reasonably. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Location was nice and had plenty of things within walking distance. Parking garage was nice and also safe. Would stay again, if possible suggest rooms over garage as they are slightly bigger and colder a/c.

You have to pay for breakfast when booking or in the morning when heading to the buffet. It was quiet but we read the reviews and took a room with the lake view away from the hwy and construction. The room we booked was spacious. I Would stay here again. We didn’t use any amenities wish we had more time for the pool . Front desk person was nice when checking in and checking out. They have a parking garage for extra parking besides the parking lot. Parking was free.

Positives: -Frequent shuttle services to the airport. -Service was very friendly Negatives: -All the furniture in the lobby that had outlets were not plugged in. I really enjoyed the area but unfortunately our hotel room was not it. The A/C did not blow cold and we are in Texas so you know how hot that can be. It was pretty bad night sleep with poor air circulation. Would not recommend it.

For the price and proximity to downtown, this is a good value. Don’t go in expecting to be wowed, but they are doing a good job with an older facility close to all the cool things central Austin has to offer. The free parking was a big factor for us choosing to stay here. Would come back. We had a father-son weekend planned, so it worked great for us. If I was taking a trip with my wife, I’d probably choose something a little newer, but obviously that would cost more.
