The overall look of the hotel was about the only thing this place had going for it. Check in time is later than every hotel I've ever stayed in...4pm. Might have been able to see past that if at 4 our room was actually ready. We arrived at 3:55 and were told we were TOO EARLY??? No, we weren't too early they had nothing even close to ready. The front desk staff was not friendly and actually pretty rude about something that was their fault. The room itself was nice enough, clean...basically exactly what was expected, but there was no hot water and water pressure was nonexistent. Just overall disappointed and will not return.

Relaxing and comfortable

The beds were extremely comfortable, I slept so good! Bkfst was great! Parking in garage was extra but worth it. Close enough to UT campus so I wasn’t stressed about getting my son to orientation and having to drive in an unfamiliar city.
