Coffee maker was broken, room had not been vacuumed in quite some time. I communicated the issue to the desk manager that morning along with a request for room service at 7am nothing had been done by 6pm when i returned. When i called to the desk about the issue the attendant i spoke woth was combative about my concerns. Maintenance was incredible. He was friendly switching out the coffee maker and made a point to wave me down to confirm that the replacement was working when i went down to the lobby to meet my delivery driver. His follow through and dedication made a huge difference in my experience. The two hour timer on the fridge is just insulting but thats a corporate call, a very poor one at that
