Hampton Inn Gadsden/Attalla I-59
Room was clean. Hotel was under construction but other than that the hotel was good. Staff didn’t know what they were doing so they charged us twice for one night one room. It was $500. We had to tell the staff them. We would have never known if we didn’t look at our bank account.

Pictures are deceiving! Bed was on aluminum box and sounded like thunder every time got on and off of it. Don’t call it Breakfast - cereal, Honeybun, banana. No coffee in the Rooms, but clean fridge and microwave. Very dated hotel.

Mostly excellent. Was a bit disappointed in the fitness room, however. Several of the exercise machines were improperly configured or calibrated. Excellent fitness facilities are among my reasons for choosing Hampton Inn hotels. This is why I downgraded my evaluation from a 5 to a 4.
