It’s not in good neighborhood. Reception is kind of rude and not very understanding. Expedia prices are cheaper than ones at the hotel itself. Requested cot and they brought something that looked it was chewed up and put together . Someone literally sewed it together . It was kind of dirty too. Only good thing there is a restaurant with nice view Would never stay again

The staff was nice. I ordered ice, but never received. Pool opened late and closed early, so I wasn’t able to really use. In fact, when I went to the pool, there were no clean pool towels for me.

I didn't like that I wasn't accommodated to a room with two beds. I requested to move from a junior suite to a room with two beds so that my niece could sleep comfortably. When I made the front desk aware of this, they were really nice and said they would give me another room. They did and it was the same room. Still a suite and the shower 🚿 wasn't good. The water wouldn't go down and made a puddle in the shower stall. I will say, the bed was comfortable. The is a bit noisy so if you're looking for quite, don't stay here.

I don’t know what needs to happen to have a star taken away from this hotel but it is 100% not a 5 star. Our air conditioner did not work properly and despite 6 phone calls in 3 days to the front desk no one ever came to look at it or fix it. The area was not good for walking, felt extremely unsafe and we had to take taxis everywhere due to not wanting to walk around the neighborhood. Also beware that if you have a room on the 8th floor you can hear chairs from the restaurant on the 9th floor being dragged across the floor when you are trying to sleep. The only redeeming thing was that the room was nice and big and it was clean and we did have a beautiful view of the acropolis. But honestly not worth it for the zero service, bad location and no air conditioning.

Was an amazing hotel just disappointed with the pool area not big enough for the number of guests and not cleaning up after themselves. Also guests speaking loudly during the night when we where sleeping.

Great Place to Relax and Keep Cool

Staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and the a/c was excellent and already in when we arrived to our room. The rooftop pool was a great hang out place to beat the heat.

Great customer service not all rooms are equal

I had to switch rooms after my first night because the shower in the first room needs to be repaired. And it could use some maintenance to look a little less rundown in the room. I was first in, but they did switch my room and it ended up being in a much better condition.

Nowhere in Athens is particularly clean or quiet. This is a very good and efficient hotel for a stay in the city. Everything works and service is seamless. We were allocated a room clearly designed for wheelchair users although we hadn't requested this. The bathroom/wetroom isn't good for those who aren't in need of one. Hopefully we didn't deny a less able guest the facility.

Ok, but definitely has its faults

The hotel is not in the best location, it is a slightly run down area of the city. The staff on the rooftop bar during the day were very slow whenever asked for anything and the pool area has only a very few beds for guests. Rooms were good, though the shower in our executive room was tiny compared even to the shower in our kids standard room! Overall not bad, but we wouldn’t use this hotel again.

Brief and unpleasant. I chose this property for its amenities, my plan was to enjoy the pool and spa after my red eye flight in order to rest and relax as I adjust to the time difference in order to start my vacation refreshed and ready the following day. Unfortunately upon arriving (at 4pm, an hour after check-in time) I’m informed my room isn’t ready. I sit in the lobby to wait as they said it would only be a few minutes. After half an hour, I return to the reception desk to inquire if it’s ready yet. At this point I’m told yes it is but that when the reservation was made it was for one person so I need to pay a fee of 30 euro for my partner. Fine I pay. Yet wonder why no one contacted me to let me know the room was ready. The room wasn’t clean and my complimentary bottle of wine was missing. I return to reception to inquiry about the wine and ask for a room upgrade. The receptionist was kind to give me a room upgrade and stated the wine would be sent up immediately. We waited. Nothing. We called and asked if we could just request our bottle when we get to the pool since that’s where we were heading. I’m informed we are not allowed to drink it there only in the room. Fine, no problem. They say it will arrive in 5 minutes. So we decide to wait. After awhile I go back down to inquire about the wine since it hasn’t arrived and at this point it’s 630pm. I’m told it was delivered.
